Our members are a network of professionals committed to fostering confidence and growth in businesses through various educational programs and opportunities for networking and peer collaboration.

Helping the Entrepreneur Society is a partnership of business leaders committed to ensuring the success of small business in Delaware. HTES provides business consulting, individual counseling, marketing strategies, education in the form of topical workshops and classes, and technical assistance in a variety of areas and subjects.
In the business world, entrepreneurs base their businesses on the promise. You promise that your business will solve the problems and satisfy the needs of the potential customers, and that is the same promise we have for you.
Core values are like guard rails. They keep you from straying off the path. We believe the success of an entrepreneur is largely due to the partnerships they forge. That is why respect for one’s self and others is essential. It enables all of us to appreciate our efforts, relate effectively to family and community, and motivate others.
